You can create your video in four steps:
Upload: Upload your footage directly through the app.
Choose Your Service: Select your desired services, including scriptwriting, editing, or full production.
Expert Support: Collaborate with professionals to bring your vision to life.
Download and Share: Download your final video in high quality and share it instantly.
Service Fees: Pricing for Clip Genius services is based on the length of the video and the services selected. A detailed quote will be provided before any work begins.
Payments: Payment for services must be made through the platform using approved payment methods.
Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not available once a project is completed, except under exceptional circumstances. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
Revision Policy: You may request one free revision within X days after receiving your video. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Delivery Timeline: The time to complete your video depends on the complexity and length of the project. We will provide an estimated delivery time once the project details are submitted.
User Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using our platform. However, by submitting content to Clip Genius, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
